Keeping track of our weight and our calorie intake is very important, if we want to maintain an appropriate weight and be healthy. This becomes even more important when we are on a diet regimen and/or suffer from a chronic illness such as diabetes or cardiomyopathy. This light and easy-to-use tool allows us to record our basic information such as name, height, weight and calorie intake in any given day. This allows us to automatically keep a daily record of three different statistics and their differences in a given period. Such statistics are body mass index, basal metabolic rate and weight. Thus, we can compare these statistics between periods and make the appropriate corrections in our eating and exercising behaviors. The program has a huge database featuring the calories of hundreds of foods, including many fast food products. This is very useful if we follow a diet regimen.
The shareware version of the program does not allow to save any record. Also, every time we pass to the main screen, a "nag screen" appears, urging us to purchase the corresponding license. To get rid of this limitation, you need to buy an activation code which, by the way, is rather affordable.
